Main Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an Event Coordinator Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for managing all phases of event development, including creative planning, budget management, production, execution, and post-event evaluation.
  • The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders on event-related details, coordinating with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the event lifecycle.
  • This role requires strong research and analytical skills to conduct market analysis and gather information needed to make informed decisions throughout all phases.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines with work experience in the field of Event Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience managing partnerships with brands and partners, with experience in managing a broad range of events in the special events and MICE sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and comfort with client-facing roles.
  • Able to manage tight deadlines with strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
