Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Support Worker to join our team at SE Health. As a key member of our home care and visiting care agency, you will provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, nursing homes, and other community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as well as supply and empty bed pans
  • Transport clients in wheelchairs or stretchers, and provide support with exercise routines
  • Deliver messages, reports, and requisitions between departments, and make beds and maintain patients' rooms
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines and provide emotional support and companionship
Requirements
  • CPR Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Immunization records
  • Vulnerable sector check
  • Tuberculosis test
Work Environment

You will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, nursing homes, and community health centers. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift up to 23 kg, and perform repetitive tasks.
