Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Nursing Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at SE Health. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes and communities.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team to provide nursing care and support to clients in their homes and communities. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client care and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care and support to clients in their homes and communities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks to clients
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job
