Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Nursing Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at SE Health. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress.
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Immunization records
  • Vulnerable sector check
  • Tuberculosis test
Work Environment:
