Job Title: Nursing Care Support Worker
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Nursing Care Support Worker to join our team at SE Health. As a Nursing Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply and empty bed pans
- Serve meal trays and feed patients
- Weigh, lift, turn and position patients
- Deliver messages, reports, requisitions and specimens between departments
- Make beds and maintain patients' rooms
- Supervise patients' exercise routines
- Bathe, dress and groom patients
- Transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher
- Answer call signals to determine patients' needs
Requirements:
- CPR Certificate
- Criminal record check
- Immunization records
- Vulnerable sector check
- Tuberculosis test
Work Environment: This is a permanent position with a variety of work settings, including home care and visiting care agencies, nursing homes, and public or community health centers.
