About the Role

This exciting opportunity is ideal for an individual with a background in data automation and digitalization within the oil and gas industry. As a Data Analytics Expert, you will design and deploy machine learning models to analyze geological data, predict equipment failure, and enhance oil recovery methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy machine learning models to analyze geological data and predict equipment failure
  • Conduct data mining and big data analysis to identify trends and insights that can lead to cost reductions and improved safety measures
  • Lead the development and execution of data automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes

Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university. A Master's or Ph.D. is highly desirable. Minimum five years of experience in data automation and digitalization within the oil and gas industry is required.
