Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative areas of branch operations, including hiring, training, and supervision of support staff.
  • Oversee transactional banking functions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a positive team environment, fostering employee empowerment and innovation.
  • Provide exceptional client service, consistently demonstrating a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to compliance and audit requirements, ensuring the maintenance of branch profitability.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the securities industry, with a proven track record of managing teams and administrative operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional client service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and building strong relationships.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
