About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Kliny Cleaning Service Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality cleaning services.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of sites and facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Manage Finances: Manage the financial aspects of our cleaning services, including receiving payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist Cleaners: Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Coordinate with other departments to ensure that our cleaning services are integrated with other aspects of our business.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure Safety Procedures: Ensure that safety procedures are followed at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Operations Manager at Kliny Cleaning Service Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff and ensuring that our cleaning services are delivered to the highest standards.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Work Setting: This role is based in a cleaning service company.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role involves repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, initiative, judgement, and reliability are essential for this role.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent role.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
