Business Development Manager

BIA Bakes Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, setting goals and objectives to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Team Development and Performance Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing insights to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all aspects of sales and business operations.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
