Job Title: Digital Creative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Creative Specialist to join our team at Manulife Insurance Malaysia. As a key member of our Group Benefits Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging marketing campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design omnichannel interactive digital content, including email templates, social media, and promotional artwork.
  • Produce compelling creative presentation material, such as PowerPoint presentations.
  • Conceptualize and present design ideas to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand image and style guides.
  • Facilitate reviews and implement feedback into final designs, utilizing strong project management skills.
  • Provide guidance on aesthetic and design direction for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
  • Test designs for usability and quality, ensuring AODA compliance.
  • Transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces, preparing files for various mediums.
  • Review product positioning and online marketing content to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare final files, including HTML programming, for smooth implementation.
  • Work with external digital platform partners to oversee the implementation of new assets.
  • Archive and update graphic files, staying up-to-date with current trends and technological advances.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a professional digital design role, with a portfolio of previous work.
  • Solid knowledge of design software programs, such as Sketch, InVision, Premier Pro, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a PowerPoint design specialist or similar role.
  • Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
  • Experience with agile framework and methodologies an asset.
  • A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
