Mental Health Capacity Building Program Manager

As a key member of the St. Paul Education team, the Success Coach will play a vital role in delivering mental health promotion and addiction prevention services to children, youth, and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Report to the MHCB Program Manager and work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve program goals.
- Provide mental health promotion and addiction prevention services to children, youth, and families, ensuring a developmentally appropriate approach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to ensure effective service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in mental health promotion and addiction prevention.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or education.
- Experience working with children, youth, and families in a mental health or social services setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
- Knowledge of mental health promotion and addiction prevention principles and practices.
