Front Desk Receptionist Job Description

The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact at our client's location in Vaughan, ON. This role requires a strong ability to multitask and perform various tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, data entry/organization, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel or facilities
  • Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Data entry into spreadsheets and databases
  • Developing reports to extract information in meaningful ways
  • Organizing and maintaining digital and hard copy files
  • Providing administrative assistance to managers
  • Gathering, organizing, delivering, and tracking incoming and outgoing mail
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Associates degree in business administration or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills are required
Benefits:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
