About the Role

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will play a key role in providing strategic advice to our clients on impact and risk assessments, cost benefit analysis, and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and facilitate impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement cost benefit analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Provide strategic advice on communication strategies to stakeholders.
  • Work with clients to develop business cases for various initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role in a large and complex organization.
  • Proven experience in conducting, facilitating, and interpreting impact and risk assessments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to plan and design creative solutions.
  • Excellent business writing, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with systems development methodologies and life cycles for application development.
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience developing and maintaining positive relationships across the organization.
  • Experience evaluating policies, programs, and initiatives using program development principles.
  • Experience in a leadership and/or facilitation role.
  • Experience in the design, development, and implementation of a digital transformation initiative or digital delivery program.
