About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
    • Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized throughout the day.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook food items according to Subway's recipes and standards.
    • Portion and package food items for customers.
    • Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and store inventory in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout their shift.
