Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Prepare and package food items, including sandwiches, salads, and snacks, to meet customer demands.
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including storage areas and refrigerators.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen.
