Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Coordinator to join our team at Matrix Logistics Services Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and guiding a work group, ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive training programs for new associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and legible records and logs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review and verify documents prepared by work group members for accuracy and legibility.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of associates within the work group, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Ensure the safe and secure operation of the warehouse, reporting any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
  • Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 6-12 months of warehouse experience, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • 6-12 months of forklift operation experience, with a valid operator certificate or completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
