Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics: Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Planning and Organization: Plan and organize the operational logistics of our organization, including the coordination of activities with other work units or departments.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews to ensure that employees are meeting expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, flexibility, initiative, and judgement.
Language and Work Environment

The language of work is English, and the work environment is a warehouse setting.
