Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Coordinator to join our team at Matrix Logistics Services Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of associates, providing day-to-day direction and guidance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for new associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and legible records and logs to track associate performance and progress.
  • Review and approve documents prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Monitor and evaluate associate performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse, including the maintenance of equipment and the implementation of safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 6-12 months of warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • 6-12 months of forklift operation experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.
