Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Coordinator to join our team at Matrix Logistics Services Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of associates, assigning work schedules, and providing day-to-day direction and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training for new associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and legible records and logs to track associate progress and performance.
  • Review documents prepared by team members for accuracy and legibility, and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Monitor associate performance and provide coaching and guidance to help them meet their goals.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse, including the maintenance of equipment and the reporting of any safety concerns.
  • Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 6-12 months of warehouse experience, with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • 6-12 months of forklift operation experience, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a degree in a related field.
  • Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.
