Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Manager to join our team at 2189154 Alberta Ltd. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operational Efficiency: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail required.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Hardworking, positive attitude, organized, and team player.
