About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at FAS GAS PLUS. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales and customer service targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
