We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 31 Shoe Avenue Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate stock levels
  • Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Organize and maintain visual displays and exhibits to showcase our products
  • Manage store schedules, including staffing and time-off requests
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and implement store initiatives
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in retail management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
