About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at FAS GAS PLUS. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales and customer service targets.
    • Provide guidance and support to sales floor staff, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge and to achieve their full potential.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including the management of stock, the maintenance of the store's appearance and the provision of excellent customer service.
    • Ensure that the store is always well-stocked and that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing way.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to customer queries and concerns.
    • Work with customers to resolve any issues or complaints they may have, ensuring that they are satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer service and other key performance indicators.
    • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
