About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Site Superintendent to lead high-impact projects in the Hamilton region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to plans, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, including construction, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Lead and motivate a team of tradespeople, subcontractors, and internal staff to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
  • Ensure impeccable quality control, ensuring construction meets or exceeds all specifications.
  • Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage project logistics, including the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Superintendent on large capital projects (over $20 million).
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, project management software, and General Conditions of Contracts.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Collaborative and results-oriented approach, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of the industry.
