Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Specialist to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract and analyze large datasets from various sources, including web analytics tools and ad servers, to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain digital analytics dashboards using data visualization tools to provide stakeholders with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that maximize advertising and marketing objectives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in digital analytics, providing guidance and support to business units on data-driven decision making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field with a quantitative focus.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital analytics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building digital analytics dashboards and working with data visualization tools.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques, including Looker Studio, Tableau, and PowerBI.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud-based platforms, such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
  • Python or R programming skills a plus.
  • Excellent communication and business acumen skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
