We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Specialist to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Extract and analyze large datasets from various sources, including web analytics tools and ad servers, to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain digital analytics dashboards using data visualization tools to provide stakeholders with real-time insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, ad operations, and campaign execution, to ensure data-driven decision making.
- Act as a subject matter expert in digital analytics, providing guidance and support to business units on data-driven solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field with a quantitative focus.
- 2+ years of experience in digital analytics or a related field.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining digital analytics dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools, including Looker Studio, Tableau, and PowerBI.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud-based data platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
