Medical Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at DAKOTA MEDICAL CORPORATION. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Greets patients and visitors, directs them to the appropriate contact or service area
- Provides basic information to clients and the public
- Obtains and processes information required to provide customer service
- Operates the switchboard or telephone system
- Orders office supplies
- Records and relays information
- Schedules and confirms appointments
- Sends invoices
- Maintains work records and logs
- Receives and issues payments
- Performs clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
- Answers telephone and relays telephone calls and messages
- Arranges teleconferences
- Calculates billing charges
- Monitors mobile radio or telephone
- Provides directory assistance
- Provides emergency services
- Relays service to persons with disabilities
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and spreadsheet software
