We are seeking a highly skilled Print Shop Representative to join our team at Canon Canada. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that professional photographers, businesses, and hobbyists understand the value of print by providing guidance on print options and delivering high-quality output.

Job Overview

As a Print Shop Representative, you will be responsible for handling print orders from intake to fulfillment, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. You will also operate and maintain printers and equipment, while ensuring high-quality standards for all orders.

You will work closely with customers and Canon Professional Services to handle inquiries and warranty exchange requests. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels of printing materials and reorder supplies as needed.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Canon Canada. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with guidance on optimizing digital files for printing
  • Handle print orders from intake to fulfillment, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
  • Operate and maintain printers and equipment
  • Ensure high-quality standards for all orders
  • Schedule repairs as needed to minimize downtime
  • Provide support to customers and Canon Professional Services by handling inquiries and warranty exchange requests
  • Monitor inventory levels of printing materials and reorder supplies
  • Recommend additional services, features, or upgrades based on customer needs
Requirements
  • High School or Equivalent Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years experience in producing professional print products
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and print deadlines
  • The ability to generate reports and analyze data to provide recommendations to management
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to edit customers photos
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
