Job Title: Lead Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate the central research administration team to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to sponsored project administration.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve process and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with departmental administrators to ensure a synchronized approach to research administration.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure effective research administration infrastructure.

  • Proven experience in research administration and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
