Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Academic Operations Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Associate Dean and coordinators in the Engineering and Environmental Technologies department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of curriculum data in the Banner Student Information System.
  • Assist in forecasting enrollment and planning course sections for the upcoming academic year.
  • Compile and analyze data to inform workload assignments for faculty.
  • Provide administrative support for the scheduling process, including coordinating section sharing and resolving conflicts.
  • Monitor and track student admissions, confirmations, and paid numbers.
  • Prepare detailed reports and analysis for the Associate Dean and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Three-year postsecondary diploma/degree in Business, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in an office environment, with a focus on budget monitoring, data analysis, and administrative support.
  • Advanced computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
