Job Responsibilities

  • Assist your immediate superior and other team members with daily tasks and administrative duties
  • Greet visitors and maintain good relationships with residents
  • Maintain the different registers and residence directory
  • Make appointments and prepare occasional mail outs
  • Provide a high level of customer service and receive incoming calls
  • Update administrative forms and documents

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A diploma or DEC in administration, accounting or clerical work
  • 1 year of relevant experience (an asset)
  • Knowledge of retirement homes (a major asset)
  • Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
