About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join our EAP counselling team. In this role, you will provide short-term counselling to diverse clients, making a significant impact in their lives. With a dynamic and collaborative work environment, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and develop your skills.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide short-term counselling (three to six sessions) to clients in person, by phone, or through video;
  • Manage administrative requirements using simple clinical templates, ensuring efficient note-taking;
What We're Looking For
  • A master's degree in mental health or human relations;
  • A member in good standing of the Québec Order of Psychologists (OPQ) and a psychotherapist license;
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience;
  • The ability to set short-term objectives and use a solution-focused approach;
  • Empathy and the capacity to clinically manage high-risk cases;
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle a large volume of clients;
  • A good knowledge of community resources;
  • Proficiency in French is required, bilingualism is an asset.
