Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Computer Network Support: Troubleshoot and resolve computer network issues, including hardware and software problems.
- User Support: Assist users with computer-related issues, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions, and provide regular reports to management.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Business Systems Support: Provide technical support for business systems, including network and internet connectivity.
- Equipment Setup: Set up and configure computer equipment, including hardware and software.
- Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
