About the Role

Citi College of Canadian Careers is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Computer Network Support: Troubleshoot and resolve computer network issues, including hardware and software problems.
  • User Support: Assist users with computer-related issues, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Business Systems Support: Provide technical support for business systems, including network and internet connectivity.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and configure computer equipment, including hardware and software.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
