We are seeking a dedicated Disability Support Specialist to join our team at St. Paul Abilities Network (Society). As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and promoting their independence.

About the Role

This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of $**$45,000 - $55,000 per year**, depending on experience, and benefits including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, vision care benefits, pension plan, learning/training paid by employer, team building opportunities, and wellness program.

You will be responsible for providing individualized support to clients, developing personalized plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Requirements
  • A college diploma or equivalent from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and crisis intervention
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
