Job Title: Training Officer
At Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for training students in practical shop work sessions, preparing teaching materials and outlines for courses, and evaluating students' progress through tests and papers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs for students
- Prepare and administer tests and papers to evaluate students' progress
- Provide guidance and support to students on their career decisions and program curricula
- Collaborate with faculty members to develop and implement curriculum revisions and new programs
- Conduct course and program evaluations to ensure high-quality education
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in training and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
