Key Responsibilities

  • Train and develop team members in policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports to management.
  • Maintain and repair equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address work-related issues, provide technical advice and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Coordinate tasks and monitor work progress.
  • Arrange maintenance and repair services.
  • Coordinate activities with other teams and departments.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sales.
  • Develop and implement work schedules and procedures.
