Executive Director of Access and Patient Flow

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Executive Director, Access, Patient Transport and Emergency Response. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector and contribute to the success of Interior Health Authority.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement access and flow strategies to improve patient care and reduce wait times
- Provide leadership and direction to the Patient Transport Office and other related services
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless emergency response
- Collaborate with clinical operations teams to develop and implement effective emergency management plans
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and maintain a healthy and safe work environment
