We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Diagnostic Sales Professional to join our team in the North Vancouver territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with veterinary clinics and hospitals in the region.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $105,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a lucrative quarterly commission structure, health/dental benefits starting day one, and a comprehensive benefits package including financial support, pet insurance, mental health resources, volunteer paid days off, an employee stock program, foundation donation matching, and more.

Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics and hospitals in the North Vancouver territory
  • Sell and promote IDEXX's veterinary diagnostic products and services to customers
  • Work closely with other sales professionals in the region to close capital equipment and technology sales
  • Educate and train veterinary clinic staff about IDEXX's products, services, and marketing initiatives
  • Communicate customer needs and competitive issues to IDEXX's marketing organization and business unit manager
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 3 years of proven experience managing your own outside sales territory
  • Prior experience in veterinary/animal health industry, human healthcare, or medical device sales is preferred
  • Ability to work well with others in a highly team-oriented, collaborative sales environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (approximately 30% overnight travel)
