About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza (Team Tenfold Group). As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
