Dessert Cafe Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Dspot Dessert Cafe. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe during your shift.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and Supply Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
