Job Title: Chiropractic Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Office Assistant to join our team at Taksa Chiropractic Professional Corporation.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our chiropractic team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Process patient information and scheduling
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and phone calls
  • Assist with patient communication and correspondence
  • Support the chiropractic team with administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train for the role
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Willing to relocate
Work Environment:
