Chiropractic Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Office Assistant to join our team at Taksa Chiropractic Professional Corporation.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our chiropractic team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes maintaining supplies, inventory, and equipment, as well as performing general clerical duties, processing files and paperwork, and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records and files
- Process patient information and billing
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Relocation costs covered by employer
- Willing to relocate
- Fast-paced environment
- Repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Permanent employment
- 40 hours per week
- English language of work
