Job Title: Chiropractic Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Office Assistant to join our team at Taksa Chiropractic Professional Corporation. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our chiropractors and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
  • Manage and coordinate appointments, scheduling, and reminders
  • Process and manage patient payments and billing
  • Assist with reception duties, including answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
