Associate Vice-President, University Relations

We are seeking an exceptional leader to serve as the Associate Vice-President, University Relations at Mount Saint Vincent University. Reporting to the President, this role is a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic guidance across a diverse portfolio with government relations, change management, and complex issues management at the forefront.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing government relations, including developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with key local, provincial, and national constituents. A strong understanding of the post-secondary environment, strategic communications, and marketing is essential. The successful candidate will also possess excellent relationship-building skills and a demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.

**Key Responsibilities:**
