As a Project Coordinator - Heavy Civil Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and exceptional customer satisfaction. The company environment is one that focuses on providing growth and excellence in workmanship and safety.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE2-3 years industry experience in a coordinator role, specifically within Water and Sewer is a definite asset.Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal, onlineAbility to understand architectural and engineering drawings and specificationsExperience working with AutoCAD and 3D modelsProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and a basic understanding of MS ProjectProven ability to understand construction contract terminology an assetAbility to multi-task, prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously WHAT'S REQUIREDLiaise with clients, sub-contractors, vendors as well as the entire teamPrepare regular progress reportsPrepare subcontracts, P.O's, change orders and site instructionsParticipate in tender and contract preparation as well as partner with the Estimator to assemble bids, track inquiries and requests for pricing.Maintain safety records and basic safety auditsCompile Close-out Checklist and Submission of Close-out documents, prepare Certificates of Completion and arrange for Certificates of Publication at the time of Close-outParticipate in project meetings/prepare minutesAdministrative: scheduling meetings, communications, email correspondence, letters, couriers, etc.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?Competitive Compensation & Benefits Package.Chance to be mentored and mentor others and help to take the company to the next level
