About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at QAI Laboratories. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our electrical and electronic equipment to existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Quote Prices: Provide accurate and competitive pricing for our products and services, taking into account credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Prepare Sales Contracts: Develop and prepare sales contracts that meet the needs of our clients and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and Solicit Potential Clients: Research and identify potential clients, and develop strategies to approach and engage them, resulting in new business opportunities.
  • Assess Client Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and resources to recommend the most suitable products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop Reports and Proposals: Create detailed reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services, helping clients make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Deliver Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Conduct Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for clients.
Requirements
  • Electrical and Electronic Equipment Sales Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in selling electrical and electronic equipment, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent business acumen, with the ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
