Key Responsibilities- Estimate and Quote Prices: Provide accurate and competitive pricing for our products and services, taking into account credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Prepare Sales Contracts: Develop and prepare sales contracts that meet the needs of our clients and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Promote Sales to Existing Clients: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and Solicit Potential Clients: Research and identify potential clients, and develop strategies to solicit their business and increase sales.
- Assess Client Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and resources to recommend the most suitable products and services.
- Develop Reports and Proposals: Create detailed reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services, and to support sales efforts.
- Deliver Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Conduct Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions, including handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical and electronic equipment industry.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
