Job Summary:

The Restaurant Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring a smooth food service experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and portion food items, including cooking and reheating food as needed.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized dining area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient food service experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

The Restaurant Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Restaurant Counter Attendant will work 37 to 44 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
