About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our team at Jace Holdings Ltd. as a key member of our corporate office. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong understanding of business operations and a passion for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison among stakeholders to understand business objectives, policies, and operations, and recommend solutions to enable strategic goals.
  • Partner with operations and finance teams to create business cases for new initiatives, programs, and technology.
  • Develop business requirements for IT solutions, including business reports, systems, applications, and vendor programs.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support project evaluation, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Hold requirements gathering sessions to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance business efficiency.
  • Communicate business developments and enhancements to stakeholders through various media.
  • Contribute to the acceptance of applications and application enhancements via a formal test process.
  • May participate in the development of user training material as required.
  • Seek final sign-off of detailed business requirements from business sponsors.
  • Improve business processes by defining existing and new processes.
  • Assist in project planning, financial tracking, and monitoring activities for projects and initiatives.
  • Work closely with application developers to provide business requirements translation.
  • Collaborate with application support teams to provide clarification of business requirements.
Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree in business or a related field, or 5 years of experience in business analysis.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements, process reengineering, process mapping, and application testing.
  • Ability to prototype and/or process map at the requirements stage to firm up and validate requirements.
  • Ability to complete detailed business cases for incoming project/initiatives requests.
  • Ability to complete detailed business requirements documents.
  • Ability to walk through the detailed business requirements document with end-users and make any final modifications.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts between functional groups.
