About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for meeting with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define operational requirements and systems goals. You will analyze existing workflows and perform best practice benchmark gap analysis to identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate redundancy, and ensure that processes are effective and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with stakeholders to define operational requirements and systems goals
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create and document business requirements, models, and functional specifications
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of system changes and upgrades
  • Lead timely delivery of projects and interface with technical teams
  • Conduct technical research on system enhancements
  • Conceptualize and analyze business problems using various methodologies
  • Manage and develop client relationships

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role
  • Previous experience working with software development teams
  • Previous experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Able to work quickly and under tight deadlines
  • Disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in French (both oral and written) is an asset
  • Proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with clients
